1. Return Eligibility

You can apply for a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed, we may not be able to provide a refund or exchange unless there is a valid quality issue.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can apply to cancel their orders up to 6 hours before shipment. Our order processing time is usually within 24 hours of placing the order. If a cancellation request is submitted before shipment and within the allowed cancellation period, the order will be successfully cancelled.

Return or Exchange Conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition upon receipt.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

All accessories, instructions, and gifts must be returned together.

If your order included gifts, these gifts must also be returned.

If the returned item is missing accessories or gifts, we will deduct the retail price of those items from your refund.

To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Do not return items to any warehouse without first contacting our customer service. Unauthorized returns may result in loss, and the customer will be responsible for any resulting damages.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on the specific circumstances.

For quality issues confirmed within 14 days of receiving the product, OBE will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receiving the return and shipping invoice.

Product damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized modification is not covered under warranty.

If the buyer refuses to accept the goods or does not cooperate with customs clearance, any resulting costs (including return shipping costs) shall be borne by the buyer.

We strongly recommend that customers use trackable logistics services or purchase shipping insurance when returning goods.

Without tracking information, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this policy caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to the following events):

9. Warranty Exclusions
The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by:
