1. Order Processing Time
After your payment is successfully completed, orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, promotional events, or European public holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

2. Shipping Regions
OBE EU primarily serves the European market, including:

Note: Shipping availability may vary depending on local logistics conditions.

3. Shipping Warehouses & Delivery Times
To ensure the fastest delivery for our European customers, OBE utilizes a multi-warehouse strategy:

Local EU Warehouses (Primary): Located in Germany, Poland, or Spain. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment.

Overseas Warehouses: If an item is out of stock in the EU, it may be shipped from our China warehouses. Delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, depending on customs processing in your country.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Free Shipping: Most orders within the EU mainland qualify for Free Shipping.

Remote Areas: For certain regions (e.g., remote islands, outermost regions of the EU), additional shipping fees may apply based on carrier quotations.

Final Cost: Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. Taxes, VAT, and Customs Duties
Within the EU: For orders shipped from our local EU warehouses to an EU address, the price usually includes applicable VAT, and no additional customs duties will be charged upon delivery.

Outside the EU / Overseas Shipment: If the order is shipped from outside the EU (e.g., China/HK) or to a non-EU country (e.g., UK, Switzerland), the buyer is responsible for import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees as determined by local authorities.

OBE is not responsible for delivery failures caused by a customer's refusal to pay local taxes or complete customs clearance.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are unable to ship to:

P.O. Boxes

Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Specific restricted territories (e.g., French Overseas Territories, Canary Islands may require special consultation)

7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Before Shipment: You may modify or cancel your order by contacting service@obe-eu.com.

After Shipment: Once the order has left our warehouse, it cannot be modified.

EU Right of Withdrawal: As an EU consumer, you have the right to return your product within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Please refer to our Return Policy for details. Shipping costs for customer-initiated returns are generally the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items (e.g., a projector and a stand), they may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses. They may arrive at different times.

9. Delivery and Package Inspection
Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If the package appears damaged:

Take photos of the damaged packaging/product immediately.

Report the issue to the delivery courier.
