All products listed on www.obe-eu.com are designed and manufactured to meet mandatory European Union standards.

• Certifications: Our projectors carry necessary certifications such as CE, RoHS, and REACH.

• Visual Accuracy: We endeavor to display the colors and features of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual visual output may vary depending on your display settings and projection environment.

SECTION 3 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, users in the European Union have the right to cancel and return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.

• Notification: You must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear request to service@obe-eu.com.

• Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the supplementary costs of return shipping, once the product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

SECTION 4 - STATUTORY WARRANTY (LEGAL GUARANTEE)

All OBE electronic products sold to EU consumers come with a 2-year legal guarantee against defects in conformity. If a product is found to be faulty or does not look/work as advertised within this period, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund as per EU law.

SECTION 5 - ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY (WEEE)

OBE complies with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. We encourage our customers to recycle their old projectors at designated local collection points. Please do not dispose of electronic equipment with general household waste.
